Let's get to it!
- First thing in a.m. Have a fist-sized portion of protein with cruciferous veggies and a tbsp. of fat.
- Omelet works well here.
- Then, a glass of 100% pure grapefruit juice.
- Right before main event: shot of apple cider vinegar.
Here's a short HIIT workout that requires nothing but your bod. 1:1 clients will be familiar:
- 20 seconds of push ups
- 10 seconds rest
- 20 seconds of air squats (or squat jumps if you're feeling sassy)
- 10 seconds of rest
Booze Damage Control & Hangover Hacking
1. NAC + ALA (n acetyl cysteine and alpha lipoic acid) available almost anywhere
2. One Vit C 1000mg
3. One Vit B1 100mg
4. Two dandelion root capsules (also available just about anywhere)
Do this with every other drink and right before bed. Chug some alkaline water with 7.5+ pH (available almost anywhere) before bed and in between drinks if you can.
If you still feel like garbage in the morning, take some activated charcoal away from medication.
