Any woman from any walk of life, religion, race, orientation, age, or ability is welcome... as long as she is serious about helping herself, helping others, open-minded, and coachable. Trolls, whiners, complainers, toxic attitudes, and those repurposing our training and nutrition programs for commercial gain will be removed. No Fail Physique Transformation may refuse member approval at its sole discretion.

No. I am not a medical doctor and it is a big legal no-no to dispense medical advice over the internet in a forum such as ours.
