Three-month individual strength and training programs are designed by Tanner Batten (B.S. Exercise Movement and Science, Nutrition Minor, ACSM, CPT, NSCA, CSCS, Cressey Sports Performance). Tanner is also Head Strength Director at Paradigm Sport Athlete Training Facility in Santa Cruz, California. Home to Olympians, professional league athletes and elite, world class competitors.
